The former and most popular couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt finally came to conclusion to handle their divorce issue privately and they have announced to work together to `act as a united front.`

The couple and their counsel have signed agreements to reserve the privacy rights of the family and their children by keeping all the court documents confidential and have hired a private judge to make essential legal decisions and to simplify the quick solution of remaining matters.

The first joint statement since Jolie filed for divorce was out.

`The parents are committed to act as a united front to effectuate recovery and reunification.`

Angelina`s attorney, Robert Offer, said: `This decision was made for the health of the family. She will not be commenting, and asks that the family be given its privacy at this time.`

The actor had filed an emergency motion and had claimed that if the details would be disclosed they could cause harm to their children, but the judge denied to state it on emergency basis at the time.

The separated couple had been together for 12 years, adopted four children and had two twins of their own.

Brad Pitt was seen at Golden Globe awards on Sunday to present an award.
